Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "...holy f*...what a ride!"

Amen to that.

I posted that while in a pensive mood, trying to make sense of why some people have to go through so much before they die..how incredibly important a functioning, healthy body is to get across what we want to get across...

But before I put a damper on your moods..

HIYA EVERYBODY!!!!

I'M GOING HANG-GLIDING THIS WEEKEND!!!!

Alpha - Wasn't aiming to up the ice-cream cup baby, you're unbeatable! I'm always up for sky-diving, I just admit it's scary unlike you and my man who act so brave and cool and swagger around and what-not.. But please work on Pi as he's a baby too about this (I'm at least the honest one, he looks for a victim like me to do all the squirming for him!)

Ash - The hiatus wasn't supposed to be this long...the enthu is back, back, BACK! How's you?..Write something!

Amitji - Hang gliding machi !! (as one would say in my hubby's native tongue)..loosely translates to "I'm going hang-gliding brother-in-law" Or is it "Son-in-law" ????...I don't know, Alpha would. She and my hubby come from the same prissy province in India :)

Carol - I came across this quote a while ago in a website that's a support/information website for a certain illness. It really hit home then and every once in a while it pops back into my head. All's okay now, thanks for checking in...

Twilight Fairy - Happy Holi to you too! Wow it's Holi in India..we should do something here...is anybody celebrating it here you guys?

Gabby baby, Go on Handglide ...*jealous* I'll be happy gliding from the couch to the fridge. machi is brother-in-law...like saala..except saala is derogatory and macchi is like yaar. We Tamilians are so peace loving.
